No we do not - we don't expect hotels to be fully booked at time of event. And we did not want to limit anyone from staying at just one hotel, due to any possible financial restrictions. We have 3 hotels listed for choosing, all in different price ranges, and all very close to venue. For any groups traveling together, the Airbnb selection in downtown Bentonville is great! Not to mention, you can often get more bang for your buck going that route. We want our guests to stay where you feel most comfortable.

No - Uber & Lyft drivers are very common in our area, and you can schedule drop off or pick up times ahead of schedule or at the time needed. Since we have opted out of reserving any set amount of rooms at a specific hotel, there will be no shuttle. However, the 21C and Motto hotels are within walking distance. The Double Tree hotel is about a 8 minute drive. And all other hotels in the area are within 10 minutes as well.

Not at all! Guests are welcome to stay wherever you'd like. Hotels listed are just a few ideas within proximity to the venue, and are there to help anyone that is not from the area.

Yes. There will be an open bar serving wine, domestic beer and a variety of spirits.

Yes! We are excited to have your little ones join us on our special day. However, please note that there will be alcohol served at the event, and while we want everyone to have a good time, the music and atmosphere will not be specifically catered to be kid-friendly. We hope this helps you plan accordingly for your family's needs!

Yes, we would love for you to bring a plus one! We're excited to meet them and share our celebration with anyone who wants to join us. It's going to be a fun and memorable evening, the more the merrier!

Doors will be open at 5pm. We ask that guest please arrive by 6pm and NO later than 6:15pm. We would like everyone to be able and chat, get a drink and find their seats before we kick the night off at 6:30!
